Carriers
All orders within France will be delivered by Colissimo with a signature required upon delivery or via Colissimo Point Relais.
Orders placed in Luxembourg and Belgium are delivered by Colissimo.
International orders are delivered by DHL or UPS.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Shipping
Orders are packaged and shipped from Paris within 1 to 2 business days. Domestic orders typically take 2 business days to arrive; international orders vary depending on the shipping service selected and the destination.

Duties, Customs, and Taxes
Orders are shipped from France via DHL or UPS.
Please note that customs duties may apply depending on the destination country.
All customs duties and taxes are paid at checkout; no additional payment will be required upon delivery.
Please note that our profit margins are very tight and that customs fees are not factored into our pricing. We ask that you consider customs fees to be part of the price of our products.
Returns
Facettes Studio accepts returns of items in like-new condition—unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging—returned within 14 days of the order’s delivery date.
For returns from France, Belgium, and Luxembourg, shipping is free.
For international returns, we accept returns and exchanges.
However, we are not responsible for return shipping costs, customs duties, or any other potential fees, which are the customer’s responsibility. We recommend using a tracked shipping service; we are not responsible for lost packages.

Made-to-order
Each edition is produced in small quantities or available on a made-to-order basis. The production and shipping times for made-to-order items are listed on the product page or the product variant page.
Refunds
We will send you an email once your return has been processed. The final refund amount will be credited to the payment method used at the time of purchase. It may take between 5 and 10 business days for your bank to transfer the refund to your account.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges for all orders, while supplies last.
Exchanges are free of charge for France, Belgium, and Luxembourg.
For international orders, exchanges are accepted.
However, we are not responsible for return shipping costs, customs duties, or any other potential fees, which are the customer’s responsibility. We recommend using a shipping service with tracking; we are not responsible for lost packages. Shipping is free for exchanges.
